До бухты Лучице (живописный мелкогалечный пляж) – 450 метров. У виллы есть небольшая ухоженная зеленая территория. Идеально подойдет для спокойного комфортного отдыха.
Номера оформлены в желтых, оранжевых или салатовых тонах.
Studio S 2+1 (28 кв. м.): терраса или балкон со столиком и стульями, кондиционер, плазменный телевизор, спальня с французской кроватью и дополнительным местом (раскладное кресло), мини-кухня с полным набором посуды,ванная комната. Максимальное размещение 3 взрослых.
Инфраструктура и сервис: уборка в номерах каждый день, смена полотенец каждые 2 дня, постельного белья 1 раз в неделю. В 100 метрах от виллы находится набережная с кафе и ресторанчиками.
Пляж: муниципальный, песчано-галечный.
