APP №2 SS (120 кв. м.): 2 уровня, на первом уровне – кондиционер, ТВ, гостиная, столовая и кухня, на втором уровне – кондиционер, ванная комната, 2 спальни, 2 террасы.
Инфраструктура и сервис: WI-FI, ежедневная уборка, ежедневная смена полотенец, смена постельного белья – раз в три дня. Принимаются с животными. У виллы свой зеленый сад с местом для барбекю.
Пляж: небольшой собственный пляж-платформа (шезлонги и зонтики — бесплатно).
