From 24.04.2021, the rules for entering Montenegro have changed, which is now open to tourists. Now citizens from the Republic of Serbia, the Republic of Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Croatia, the Republic of Albania, Ukraine, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of North Macedonia can enter the country without PCR tests. Also, citizens of Montenegro who come to Montenegro from these countries should not take a PCR test.
For the entry of foreigners from other countries, you must:
– Or negative PCR test (not older than 72 hours)
– OR certificate of IgG antibodies (at least 30 days in advance)
– OR certificate of vaccination (not less than 7 days after the second dose).
These requirements do not apply to children under 5 years of age.
There is NO quarantine upon arrival or retest upon arrival.
