У будівлі готелю 3 поверху без ліфта. У всіх номерах готелю є кондиціонер, балкон, стіл, стілець, міні-холодильник, приліжкові тумби, шафа, окрема ванна кімната (с / у, душ без душової кабіни, умивальник, рушники). У деяких номерах QDPL є міні-кухня з холодильником (користування за додаткову плату).
Прибирання номерів проводиться щодня. Зміна постільної білизни – 1 раз на 2 дні.
